Returns and Cancellations Policy


You are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn't fulfil its function.

You are eligible for a refund if you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

You must be refunded within 14 days of Langton Distribution receiving the returned goods. You don’t have to provide a reason for your cancellation.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  1. you knew an item was faulty when you bought it
  2. you damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it (although you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
  3. you no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it

If you have ‘accepted’ an item, but later discover a fault, you may request that it be repaired or replaced. You can still reject the item after it’s been repaired or replaced.

You have 'accepted' an item when:

  1. you have told us that you have accepted it (having had enough opportunity to inspect the item before confirming they’ve received it)
  2. you have altered the item

We are required to repair or replace an item if you return it within 6 months - unless it is proven that it wasn’t faulty when you purchased it.

You will be required to provide proof that the item was faulty at the time of purchase if you request a replacement or repairs.

UK Customers have up to 6 years to make a claim for an item they’ve bought (5 years in Scotland).

A customer has the same right to free repairs or a replacement regardless of whether they have a warranty or guarantee or not.
