Checkout Process
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. The list of delivery options and the estimated delivery date can vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address.
If you cannot see a particular delivery option, it is not available for your order.
VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). The delivery rates listed above are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
When you place your order the summary page will display the VAT charged on your delivery rate.
Under EU VAT legislation certain book items (such as audio books) are not eligible for lower-rate VAT, and in those cases the standard VAT rate will apply.
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges.
